Chauncey - Criminal Justice Clients

Drug or alcohol treatment is sometimes a part of a criminal justice clients court sentence. In order to get these clients the rehabilitation they need, there are a few steps that should be followed before they can enroll into a drug rehabilitation center. First, they need to determine if they are eligible for drug rehab while involved in the Chauncey, West Virginia criminal justice system. Their case is reviewed by a panel who determines if they are in need of drug treatment services and if so how much and what type is required. Furthermore, when the client is evaluated for drug addiction problems, the client is also screened for mental health problems as well. Their drug addiction problem, mental health issues, criminal activity, sentence length and previous treatment history are all determining variables in the creation of the treatment plan.
