Drug rehabilitation is sometimes a part of a criminal justice clients court sentence. In order to get these clients the treatment they need, there are some specific steps that should be followed before they can enroll into a drug or alcohol treatment center. First, they need to determine if they are eligible for drug rehab during their time in the Delaware, Arkansas criminal justice system. Their case is evaluated by a panel who decides if they are in need of rehabilitation and if so how much and what type is needed. Furthermore, when the client is evaluated for substance abuse problems, the client is also evaluated for mental health issues as well.
