Gays and lesbians who are having problems with drug abuse have the option of attending a drug rehab center that is specifically intended for gays or lesbians. Deciding to enroll into one of these programs is an excellent first step towards recovery. While in treatment recovering addicts not only deal with their issues with drugs and/or alcohol but also address other emotional and personal issues they are struggling with.
