Knobel - Criminal Justice Clients

Drug or alcohol treatment is sometimes a part of a criminal justice clients sentence for the crime they have committed. In order to provide these clients the rehabilitation they need, there are a few specific steps that should be followed before they can enroll into a recovery rehabilitation program. First, they need to determine if they are eligible for drug treatment during their time in the Knobel, Arkansas criminal justice system. Their case is evaluated by a panel who determines if they are in need of rehabilitation and if so how much and what type is required. Additionally, when they are screened for substance abuse problems, the client is also evaluated for mental health problems as well. Their drug addiction problem, mental health problems, criminal activity, sentence length and previous treatment history are all determining factors in the creation of the rehabilitation plan.
