The individual in detox will sometimes be encouraged to take part in some kind of physical activity such as walking, yoga, etc. At a drug detox facility or drug treatment facility which can offer detoxification services, the client will have detox staff at their disposal around the clock to make sure that any problems are resolved as swiftly and safely as possible.
