Criminal Justice Clients - Prague

Drug treatment is sometimes a part of a criminal justice clients sentence for the crime they have committed. In order to provide these individuals the rehabilitation they need, there are some steps that need to be followed before they can enroll into a recovery rehab center. First, they need to determine if they are eligible for drug rehab during their time in the Prague, Nebraska criminal justice system. Their case is evaluated by a panel who decides if they are in need of drug treatment services and if so how much and what type is necessary. Furthermore, when the client is evaluated for substance abuse problems, the client is also evaluated for mental health problems as well. Their drug addiction problem, mental health issues, criminal activity, sentence length and previous treatment history are all determining factors in the creation of a criminal justice rehabilitation plan.
