DUI/DWI Offenders - Ashland, VA.

Drinking and driving, or driving while under the influence are serious offenses not to be taken lightly. While each state has its own way of dealing with DUI/DWI offenders, there are some generalities that can be expected. Depending on the level of the driver's intoxication and how strict the state laws are, they may have to serve a jail sentence for their offense. Once this is accomplished they will most likely have additional retribution to do in order to drive a vehicle again. Many states require the person to undergo counseling and/or therapy to aid in their recovery process.
