Criminal Justice Clients - Ayrshire

Drug or alcohol treatment is sometimes a part of a criminal justice clients sentence for the crime they have committed. In order to provide these individuals the treatment they need, there are a few specific steps that need to be followed before they can enroll into a drug rehab program. First, they need to determine if they are eligible for drug rehabilitation during their time in the Ayrshire, Iowa criminal justice system. Their case is evaluated by a panel who makes the decision if they are in need of rehabilitation and if so how much and what type is needed. Additionally, when they are evaluated for substance abuse problems, the client is also evaluated for mental health issues as well.
