Chester - Criminal Justice Clients

Drug rehabilitation is sometimes a part of a criminal justice clients court sentence. In order to provide these clients the treatment they need, there are a few steps that should be followed before they can enroll into a recovery treatment facility. First, they need to determine if they are eligible for drug rehabilitation during their time in the Chester, Iowa criminal justice system. Their case is evaluated by a panel who makes the decision if they are in need of drug treatment services and if so how much and what type is necessary. Additionally, when they are evaluated for drug addiction problems, the client is also evaluated for mental health issues as well.
