Criminal Justice Clients - Flora

Drug rehabilitation is sometimes a part of a criminal justice clients sentence for the crime they have committed. In order to get these individuals the rehabilitation they need, there are some steps that need to be followed before they can enroll into a recovery rehabilitation program. First, they need to find out if they are eligible for drug treatment while involved in the Flora, Illinois criminal justice system. Their case is reviewed by a panel who makes the decision if they are in need of rehabilitation and if so how much and what type is needed. Additionally, when the client is screened for substance abuse problems, the client is also evaluated for mental health problems as well. Their drug addiction problem, mental health problems, criminal activity, sentence length and previous substance abuse history are all determining variables in the creation of the treatment plan.
