The individual in detox will sometimes be encouraged to take part in some variety of physical activity such as walking, yoga, etc. At a drug detox facility or drug treatment facility which can present detoxification services, the person will have detox staff at their disposal around the clock to ensure that any complications are resolved as swiftly and safely as possible.
