Regent, North Dakota - Criminal Justice Clients

Drug or alcohol rehabilitation is sometimes a part of a criminal justice clients court sentence. In order to provide these clients the rehabilitation they need, there are a few steps that need to be followed before they can enroll into a drug or alcohol treatment facility. First, they need to find out if they are eligible for drug rehabilitation during their time in the Regent, North Dakota criminal justice system. Their case is reviewed by a panel who decides if they are in need of treatment and if so how much and what type is required. Additionally, when they are screened for drug addiction problems, the client is also evaluated for mental health problems as well.
