Drug or alcohol rehabilitation is sometimes a part of a criminal justice clients sentence for the crime they have committed. In order to get these clients the treatment they need, there are a few steps that need to be followed before they can enroll into a recovery treatment program. First, they need to determine if they are eligible for drug treatment during their time in the Toledo, Illinois criminal justice system. Their case is reviewed by a panel who decides if they are in need of treatment and if so how much and what type is required. Furthermore, when they are evaluated for drug addiction problems, the client is also screened for mental health problems as well.
