The individual in detox will sometimes be encouraged to take part in some sort of physical activity such as walking, yoga, etc. At a drug detox facility or drug rehab facility which can present detox services, the client will have detox staff at their disposal around the clock to make sure that any problems are handled as quickly and safely as possible.
