The person in detoxification will sometimes be encouraged to take part in some kind of physical activity such as walking, yoga, etc. At a drug detox facility or drug rehab facility which can offer detox services, the individual will have detox staff at their disposal around the clock to make sure that any complications are fixed as swiftly and safely as possible.
